Trade unions
Trade unions - represent public organizations, that express, represent and protect labour, social and economic rights and interests of their members based on the law of the Republic of Latvia "On Trade unions", other regulative enactments and international documents.
Trade unions will be registered if amalgamating not less than 50 members and not less than a quarter of those working at an enterprise, institution, organization according to the profession or working in one branch.
