The Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia provides the receipt of the electronic documents signed by the secure electronic signature. The ER provides circulation of the electronic documents using e-mail as the data carrier. The e-mail info@ur.gov.lv is used for the circulation of the electronically signed documents.
The RE accepts the electronic documents that are signed by the secure electronic signature (all types of applications, information requests, registration documents on registration of changes and amendments, annual reports) basing on the file formats specified in Paragraph 10 of the Regulations No. 473 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 June 2005 On Procedure for Drafting, Drawing up, Keeping and Circulation of the Electronic Documents in the Public and Municipal Institutions and Procedure for Circulation of the Electronic Documents Between the Public and Municipal Institutions or These Institutions and Natural and Legal persons:
- For the non-drawn up text – TXT;
- For the drawn up text – RTF, SGML (XML);
- For the graphic information – JPEG, TIFF or PNG;
- For the vector graphic – CGM;
- For the archived data– RAR, ZIP.
The ER accepts the following file formats in addition to the above-mentioned file formats:
- For the drawn up text – DOC*;
- For the electronic tables – XLS*;
- Portable document format PDF.
** MSOffice 2003 or an older version.
Each document shall be separately electronically signed!
The total amount of the files attached to the e-mail may not exceed 12 MB.
