European Economic Interest Groupings
Starting from May 1, 2004 the Council Regulation (EEC) on European Economic Interest Groupings is being applied in Latvia. It gives an opportunity for Latvian natural and legal persons to join international partnerships (EEIG), where members from different European Union countries have been associated. European Economic Interest Groupings are founded to develop the economic activities of its members. European Economic Interest Grouping is not intended to make profits for itself.
