You can verify whether the payment for the Enterprise Register services has been transferred to the government budget on The Treasury homepage. 

If you make the payment via a payment service provider (bank, including online bank, post office, etc.), you must make the payment at least two working days before the requesting the service at the Enterprise Register. Otherwise the Treasury may show the amount paid as unavailable and you cannot access the service. If you need to receive the service immediately, please pay the service fee by a credit or debit card in person at the Enterprise Register.
