It is possible to submit an application for registration of the commercial pledge to the Register of Enterprises, as well as to receive a response document online using the Commercial Pledge e-service.

It is required to authenticate in the e-service and complete a special form - application, including to attach the documents to be attached to the application.

The application and the documents to be attached to the application shall be signed by  e-signature - e-signature of a smart card (eSignature, eID) or eSignature mobile.

No additional certification of signatures is required.
