1. The requester/data taker performs an API Manager Developer Portal Services catalog research to obtain information about available services to use in its solution.
2. In order to apply for a service subscription, the data holder shall complete and submit an application to the Enterprise Register for permission for access to the web services of the Enterprise Register.
3. The Enterprise Register shall review the application of the data holder and, in the event of a consent, prepare and send an application TO THE VRAA for the granting of the user's rights to the data holder concerned (while informing the data holder of the transmission).
4. On receipt of an application from the Enterprise Register, THE VRAA shall, within 5-10 working days, establish a user for the data worker and give it rights on the Developer Portal, register a certificate for service calling and assign a data exchange identification number. THE SPAA shall inform the users created and the rights granted by sending an e-mail to the contact person designated by the data.
5. The data worker authenticates to the portal and performs a 'Customer Usage' registration that will be used to subscribe to and call the required services.
6. The data worker subscribes to the selected service.
7. The data provider and its developer representatives may receive advisory support for the API manager when writing to atbalsts@vraa.gov.lv.
