2. Apply for the service

A natural person must authenticate using one of Latvija.lv authentication tools available at the information website: eID card, eSignature smart card, eParaksts mobile, online banking system. The first-time authenticators must get familiar with the terms of use of information website of the Register of Enterprises.
After authentication one must make sure that a given name, surname of a natural person is written in the section “REPRESENTED BY”.
To receive notifications of changes that have been registered and notified to the legal subject, open the “Monitoring List” section and select the “pencil” icon. Enter in the opened window the email address to which the notifications will be sent and press [Save].
Open the “Data search” section and enter the registration number or name of the legal subject in the search engine.
Select the legal subject in the search results. The [Monitor] action must be selected.
The selected legal subject shall be included in the “Monitoring List” section.
The services you have purchased and your payment history can be viewed in the “My profile” section.
