Anyone may request and receive information from registers carried by the Enterprise Register. The Enterprise Register shall issue documents from the registration files and proceedings of the rightholder (SIA, association, political party, etc.) or legal fact (commercial pledge, contract).

The documents of the public part may be obtained online on the information website of the Enterprise Register without proof of correctness, free of charge and immediately.

The charge service is a copy of documents with a statement of accuracy - can be received by mail or e-mail.

Documents of the non-public part may be received by post or e-mail if a written substantiated request has been made for the receipt of these documents.

Documents to be submitted:

• submit an information request form or an application in a free format. When requesting documents of a non-public part, the justification shall be given: the purpose of the use of the information for which the requested information will be used;
• adds a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information on payment of the service.
