- Log in to the REGISTRS.UR.GOV.LV portal.
- Select the service labeled “with system-prepared documents”.
- Enter the required information.
- Once the system generates the documents, review them carefully to ensure all details are correct.
- Sign the documents and pay the state fee.
Both your application and the decision issued by the Register of Enterprises will be available in the 'Applications' section.
This service is ideal when a single individual is the founder of an LLC, serves as the board member, is the ultimate beneficial owner, and signs all founding documents.
The system will automatically prepare all documents required for LLC registration, including the application, statutes, a decision establishing a treaty, register of members.
