The application form KR24 shall be signed by the merchant or his or her legal representative, or by a person authorised to represent the branch.

Additional information:

• If information regarding a person who has a personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia changes, only the application form KR24 shall be submitted, but the State fee is not payable, or a notification regarding such shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv
