THE application form KR18 shall be signed by the merchant or his representative or by the authorised person.

Additional information:

• If the information regarding a person who has a personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia is changed, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, but the State fee shall not be payable, or the statement regarding it shall be sent to the pasts@ur.gov.lv e-mail address of the Enterprise Register.

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
