When personal data are changed, they must be entered in the Enterprise Register.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form KR18;
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information regarding the payment of the State fee.

Deadline for submitting documents to the Enterprise Register: 14 days from information/change.

If the information regarding a person who has a personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia is changed, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, but the fee shall not be payable, or the notification thereof shall be sent to the e-mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv
