The application form KR7 shall be signed by the merchant or his representative. The signature on the application shall not be certified notarially.

Additional information:

• in the application form KR7, the merchant shall indicate the authorised representative/- jus and the amount of the authorisation authorised to represent the merchant in activities related to the branch.

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
