The application form SE2 shall be signed by the Management Board. If the member of the Council resigned himself or herself, the application shall be signed by him or the Management Board.

Additional information:

• in the case of changes to the composition of the Board, the application form under point 3.2 of THE SE2 shall include all the topical composition of the Board, including those members of the Council for which no changes are made.
