The application form SE3 shall be signed by the Management Board.

Additional information:

• the application shall specify the time period for the application of creditors' claims, as well as the address at which creditors may apply for their claims;
• the address of the place of application for claims of creditors must coincide with a specific address entered in the State Address Register.

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
