Members shall decide on changes in the composition of the managers. The manager may also resign himself. The appointment, removal or modification of a manager must also provide information on the true beneficiary (hereinafter - PLG). If the information on the registered PLG has not changed, it must be certified in the application.
Where the manager has resigned himself, the information concerning the true beneficiary shall not be indicated in the application.
Documents to be submitted:
- application form EEIG2;
- a decision of the members deciding on changes to the composition of the board or a statement of leaving if he resigned himself;
- the agreement of the driver to take up the position (if the appointment of the driver has been applied for)
- a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information regarding the payment of the State fee.
Time limit for the submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 15 days from the adoption of the decision.
