When the composition of members changes or when the information regarding the member of the group changes, changes shall be made to the Enterprise Register. In the event of changes in membership, information on the true beneficiary of the European Economic Interest Group (hereinafter referred to as 'THE PLG') should also be submitted at the same time for changes to the INFORMATION concerning THE PLG. If the information on the registered PLG has not changed, it must be certified in the application.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form EEIG2;
• text of amendments to the Treaty of incorporation;
• the full text of the founding treaty in a new version;
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information regarding the payment of the State fee.

Time limit for the submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 15 days from the adoption of the decision.
