The State fee must be paid before the application for registration is submitted. Registration shall be made only after the Enterprise Register can make sure that the State fee is credited to the Treasury account (Valsts Kase).

The State fee may be effected by means of a transfer to any bank 2 days prior to the submission of documents electronically or by post.
