10. Submitting the documents
The application and the documents to be attached thereto may be submitted by the founders or by any other person to whom the founding fathers have entrusted it.
When submitting documents signed with a secure e-signature accompanied by a secure time stamp, no notarial certification of signatures shall be required.
Electronically signed in e-address or e-mail
- Documents signed with a secure electronic signature issued abroad shall also be accepted
- Service pay information must be added
- We point out that the e-address is a safer communication channel between the individual and the country
How do I create an e-address?
By post
- Signed documents may be sent to the Enterprise Register
- The consignment must be accompanied by a payment order for payment of the national fee
