Changes in personal data regarding the liquidator shall be reported in the Enterprise Register.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form EEIG2;
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an Internet bank payment, or information regarding payment of the State fee.

Deadline for submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 15 days from the date of disclosure/change.

If information regarding the liquidator who has the personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia changes, only the application form EEIG2 shall be submitted, or a notification regarding it shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv, no State fee shall be paid for the changes.
