Announcement and opening of meetings
1. Summary
A register of undertakings may call a meeting of shareholders or shareholders of a capital company, as well as a general meeting of members of the co-operative societies having the status of a merchant. The meeting shall be convened if the Management Board or the Council (if such has been established) has not convened it; the company shall not have a board, so that it does not have a meeting; for co-operative societies - if the meeting has not been convened by the Board, the Council or the audit commission. The convening of a meeting may be requested by the participant, the shareholder, the member or his authorised person.

Documents to be submitted:
- the application;
- draft annual report (if approval of the annual report is decided at the meeting);
- draft amendments to the Statute (if amendments are decided at the meeting);
- a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information about the payment of the service (not including expenses related to the meeting).
