Increase of the equity of a LLC (SIA)
2. Equity
Equity capital is money and other monetary values that have been invested in a capital company for the commencement and continuation of entrepreneurship.
Conditions:
- the equity capital may be increased by making a monetary contribution (for consideration - a translation into Latvian shall be appended to the statement of the payment service provider or another document regarding payment of a part in a foreign language);
- the share capital may be increased by making a financial contribution;
- including, in whole or in part, the positive difference between equity and the amount of equity and reserves which, by law, may not be credited to an increase in equity;
- partly or fully including the minimum reserve in fixed capital.
