6. Submitting the documents
The application and the accompanying documents shall be submitted by the Management Board or by a person authorised by the Management
When submitting documents signed with a secure e-signature accompanied by a secure time stamp, no notarial certification of signatures shall be required.
E-service online
- Documents must be submitted to the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv
- Documents must be signed with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eParaksta card) or with eParaksts mobile on the www.eparaksts.lv portal
- Payment is made on the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv after preparing an application according to the service's calculated fee.

- Detailed list of applications to be submitted via e-service and exceptions
Electronically signed in e-mail or e-mail
- These channels were used if an e-service was not created online for submitting documents or if one of the document files to be submitted exceeds 50 MB
- We point out that the e-address is a safer communication channel between the individual and the country
How do I create an e-address?

- Signed documents may be sent to the Enterprise Register
- The consignment must be accompanied by a payment order for payment of the national fee
