The rules for the reduction of capital shall be signed by the Management Board

The document must contain:

• Name (firm)
• Registration number
• The reason for the reduction of fixed capital;
• The nature and modalities of the reduction of fixed capital;
• The size and extent of the reduced share capital by which it has been reduced;
• Nominal value of part
• Date
