The application form KR18 shall be signed by the Management Board.

Additional information:

• the application form KR18 must comply with point 3.1.

If the personal data regarding a member of the board who has a personal code of the Republic of Latvia are changed, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, the State fee shall not be payable, or a statement regarding it shall be sent to the pasts@ur.gov.lv e-mail address of the Enterprise Register.

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
