6. Submission of applications and fees

The application and the documents to be appended thereto shall be submitted by the board of directors or a person authorised by the board of directors.

_{Signed documents can be sent to the Enterprise Register} _{The consignment must be accompanied by information on the payment of the State fee (receipt or a copy thereof, or printout of an Internet bank payment or free text information)}	_{In cases where no e-service has been created for the application in the Service Portal, the State fee shall be paid prior to the submission of the application for registration} _{Registration is made only after the Enterprise Register can verify that the State fee has been credited to the Treasury account} _{The State fee may be performed by transfer to any bank 2 days before submission of documents by post}

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
