The new version of the founding treaty or decision and the text of the amendments are subject to the obligation to sign all the founders.

Conditions:

• the founders may modify the form of payment of parts (for example, by changing it from a financial contribution to a cash investment) if they do not yet have a paid share capital;
• the other rules (the composition and division of the members, the composition of the board and the council, the firm, the information on the share capital) cannot be amended because these changes are to be made by entering the register of participants (changing the members) or by a meeting decision of the members on making changes to the composition of the board, the amount of the share capital or change of the firm.
