The application form KR18 shall be signed by the Management Board.

Additional information:

• the application form KR18 must comply with point 3.2.

If personal data regarding a person who has a personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia are changed, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, as well as the State fee shall not be paid, or a statement regarding it shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv.

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
