Preliminary check of documents
The preliminary verification of the documents is the initial screening of the draft application and the accompanying documents prior to the submission for registration. In the pre-commissioning of the documents, the State notary shall perform a verification of the documents and data, which is specified in the regulatory enactment regulating the activities of the relevant subject, and shall inform the client of the deficiencies determined.

Documents to be submitted:
- the draft application and the documents to be attached thereto;
- a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information about the payment of the service.
The service is not available for the making of an entry in the insolvency register and the register of commercial pledges.
