THE application form KR4 shall be subject to the signature of all the founders or the application shall be signed by any other person to whom it has been entrusted by the founding members, in addition to the submission of a notarised mandate.

• at the same time as the application for registration, an application may be submitted for registration of the Prosecutor and the Branch.
