Before the specified suspension period has expired, the Assembly of Members shall have the right to decide on the renewal of the operation. If the company has not itself renewed the activity before the end of the term of suspension of operation, after the end of the term without taking a separate decision, the State notary of the Enterprise Register shall make an entry in the commercial Register regarding the renewal of the activity of the merchant.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form KR1;
• minutes of the meeting of Members or a decision;
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an Internet bank payment, or information regarding payment of the State fee.

Deadline for submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 14 days from the decision.
