After the expiry of the deadline for creditor application indicated in the notification and the satisfaction of creditor claims, an application form for making a KR1 entry in the commercial Register shall be submitted to the Enterprise Register. Application form KR1 SHALL be signed by the Management Board.

Additional information:

• The application must certify that the trader has no tax debts and has settled the tax liability for the suspension period
• The application must certify that it has no employees
• The application must certify that it has submitted an annual report or, in the cases provided for by law, a financial report for the last accounting year.
• The application must certify that it has submitted to the tax administration an economic activity report of the company for the period after the end of the previous accounting year
• The application must certify that it has satisfied the creditors' claims in respect of obligations which mature before or during the standstill period
• The application must state that it is commercial Law 333. in accordance with the procedures laid down in Section ⁴ has ensured the submitted claims of creditors, the term of execution of which comes after the period of suspension of operation of the merchant.
