An application for the initiation of a reorganisation shall be accompanied by a notice to creditors in which they are to be invited to apply for their claims. The Commercial Register Authority shall publish a notice to creditors on its website.

The notification shall specify:

• firms and registration numbers of companies involved in the reorganisation;
• the type of reorganisation;
• the time limit for the application of claims by creditors, which may not be less than one month from the date of publication of the notice.
