The company to be divided in the Commercial Register shall attach a notice to the creditors in which they are to be invited to apply for their claims.

The notification shall specify:

• firms and registration numbers of companies involved in the reorganisation;
• the type of reorganisation;
• the time limit for the application of claims by creditors, which may not be less than one month from the date of publication of the notice.

The Commercial Register Authority shall publish a notice to creditors on its website after an entry regarding the reorganisation has been made in the Commercial Register (by 30 June 2023 the Commercial Register Authority shall submit a notice to the official publication 'Latvijas Vēstnesis' within three working days.
