within 15 days from the day of taking the decision on reorganisation, the company to be divided shall send written notices regarding reorganisation to all known creditors of the company. Each company shall also publish a notice regarding reorganisation to creditors in the official publication 'Latvijas Vestnesis'.

The notification shall state:

• Firm name, registration number and registered office of the company
• Firms, registration numbers and registered offices of other companies involved in the reorganisation
• Type of reorganization
• The fact that a decision on reorganisation has been taken
• The place and time period for the submission of creditor claims, which may not be less than one month from the day of publication of the notice
