A copy OF THE company's application form SHALL be signed by the Management Board. THE application form KR4 of the acquiring company, if a capital company has been established, or form KR3, if a partnership has been established, shall be signed by the founders or by any other person to whom it has been entrusted by the founders (a notarised mandate to be submitted).
