Equity capital is money and other values in terms of money invested in a capital company for the start-up and continuation of business.
- share capital may be increased by a cash investment;
- share capital, including in part or in full the positive difference between own funds and the amount consisting of core capital and reserves which, by law, may not be counted on to increase share capital;
- the share capital includes, in part or in full, the minimum reserve.
Fixed capital cannot be increased by a capital injection, even if it is increased to at least EUR 2800.
