The application form KR18 shall be signed by the Management Board. If a Member of the board of directors has resigned himself or herself, the application shall be signed by himself or by a Member of the board of directors who remains in office (taking into account the right of representation).

If a Member of the board of directors has taken vacation related to the care of the child or returns from it and the company does not submit an application for changes in the composition of the board of directors, the application form KR18 shall be signed by a Member of the board of directors who has taken vacation related to the care of the child or returned from such vacation. In such case, the Member of the board of directors shall certify in the application that he or she has submitted a notification to the company regarding taking or returning from the leave.
