6. Submission of applications and fees

The application and the documents appended thereto shall be submitted by the Management Board or by a person authorised by the Management Board.

Registration within 1 working day

State fee for 1 change

EUR 60,00

If other changes to the board of directors are also applied for at the same time (for example, cancellation of board members), the State fee shall be for registration of 1 change.

State fee for 2 changes or more

EUR 120,00

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
