5. Submitting the documents
The application and the accompanying documents shall be submitted by the Management Board or by a person authorised by the Management

- Documents must be signed with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eParaksta card) or with eParaksts mobile on the www.eparaksts.lv portal
- Documents must be submitted to www.latvija.lv
- Reply received via portal or e-mail
- No additional certification of signatures required
By post
- Signed documents may be sent to the Enterprise Register
- The consignment must be accompanied by a payment order for payment of the national fee
Electronically signed e-mail
- Only documents signed with a secure electronic signature issued abroad
- No need to certify additional signatures
