4. Submission of applications and fees

The application and the documents appended thereto shall be submitted by the Management Board or by a person authorised by the Management Board.

State fee for 1 change

Payment shall be made only if information regarding an official who does not have the personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia changes.

State fee for 2 changes or more

EUR 40,00

Payment shall be made if two or more changes to procurators or information regarding procurators are applied for at the same time.

State fee for 1 change

EUR 60,00

Payment shall be made only if information regarding an official who does not have the personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia changes.

State fee for 2 changes or more

EUR 120,00

Payment shall be made if two or more changes to procurators or information regarding procurators are applied for at the same time.

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
