11. Submission of applications and fees

The application and the documents attached thereto may be submitted by the founders or by any other person entrusted by the founders to do so.

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
