Electronically signed e-mail

• The application must be signed with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eParaksta card) or with eParaksts mobile portal www.eparaksts.lv
• The e-mail must be accompanied by draft application and documents to be attached to it that need not be signed
• You must add service pay information to your e-mail
• Also accept electronically signed documents in other countries
