A merchant shall have the right to suspend his or her activity on a voluntary basis for a period of not more than three years. The activity of the merchant has been suspended with the day when the information regarding the suspension of the operation of the merchant has been entered in the Commercial Register.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form KR1;
• minutes or decision of the meeting of participants;
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information regarding the payment of the State fee.

Deadline for the submission of documents to the Enterprise Register: 14 days from the adoption of the decision
