The application form KR23 is obliged to be signed by the merchant.

Additional information:

• Point 3 of the application form KR23 shall specify the nature of the change.

If information regarding an individual merchant changes (given name, surname, personal identity number), which has the personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia, only the application form KR 23 shall be submitted, or a notification regarding it shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv, no State fee shall be paid for such changes.
