THE application form KR18 has an obligation to sign the merchant.

Additional information:

• Section 3.15 of the application form SHOULD indicate the nature of the changes.

If the information regarding an individual merchant changes (given name, surname, personal identity number), which has the personal identity code of the Republic of Latvia, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, or a statement regarding it shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv, the State fee shall not be payable for such changes.

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
