In the event of a change in personal data on the procurist or a change in the amount of the contract, the change should be applied in the Enterprise Register.

Documents to be submitted:

• Application form KR18 (to be certified by signatures, see page Step 3)
• A receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information on the payment of the State fee

Time limit for the submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 14 days from the adoption of the decision.

If there is a change in personal data regarding a procurist who has a personal code of the Republic of Latvia, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, as well as the State fee shall not be paid, or a statement regarding it shall be sent to the e-mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv
