The application form KR23 shall be signed by the merchant.

Additional information:

• paragraph 6 shall be completed in the application form KR23.

If personal data regarding a procurator who has a personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia changes, only the application form KR23 shall be submitted, as well as no State fee shall be paid, or a notification thereof shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv.
