Process

3. Submission of applications and fees

The application and the documents to be appended thereto shall be submitted by the board of directors or a person authorised by the board of directors or a shareholder, if he or she reports on the true beneficiary of the relevant shareholder.

If changes to the division of the register of participants or the composition of the board of directors are also applied for at the same time, the State fee shall be for registration of 1 change.

State fee for 2 changes or more

Registration within 1 working day

State fee for 1 change

EUR 60,00

If changes to the division of the register of participants or the composition of the board of directors are also applied for at the same time, the State fee shall be for registration of 1 change.

State fee for 2 changes or more

EUR 120,00

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
