Changes to personal data shall be recorded in the Enterprise Register.

Documents to be submitted:

• Application Form KR18
• A receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information on the payment of the State fee

Deadline for submitting documents to the Enterprise Register: 14 days from information/change.

If the information regarding a member of the board who has a personal code of the Republic of Latvia changes, only the application form KR18 shall be submitted, or the notification thereof shall be sent to the electronic mail address of the Enterprise Register in pasts@ur.gov.lv. No State fee should be paid for the changes.
