Within two weeks of receipt of the announcement of the acquisition, increase or decrease of the holding by the shareholder holding the dematerialised shares, the board of directors of the joint stock company shall submit a notification to the Enterprise Register.

Documents to be submitted:

• a statement of participation;
• payment certificate regarding payment of the State fee or information regarding payment of the State fee in the amount of EUR 20

Deadline for submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 14 days from receipt of the shareholder notification.
