Registration of a AS (stock company) in the Commercial Register
5. Share capital
Equity capital is money and other values in terms of money invested in a capital company for the start-up and continuation of business.
Conditions:
- the size of the fixed capital consists of a product of the number of shares and the nominal value of the share;
- the share capital and the nominal value of the share must share the lower nominal value of the company's shares and 10 cents without the balance;
- the minimum share capital size shall be EUR 25000;
- the share capital is paid by the founding fathers and can only be paid with a cash contribution;
- until the filing of the application for registration in the Enterprise Register, the share capital shall be payable in full;
- the founders shall open a payment account on the name of the company to be established, organise the payment of the money into it and receive a certified statement addressed to the Commercial Register authority of the payment service provider or another document issued by the payment service provider certifying the payment of the share capital;
- posts the dematerialized shares of a stock company to the central securities depository if the company has dematerialized shares.
